Representatives of Xinjiang University of the People's Republic of China visited KazNU named after. al-Farabi for the purpose of research and academic exchanges.
During the meeting the following issues were discussed:
1. Cooperation with Kazakh teachers in the field of education, student and academic exchange.
2. Cooperation between Xinjiang University and the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
3. Organization of winter and summer schools together with the Department of Chinese Studies
