On September 28, 2023, the second session of the Global Chinese Language Forum was held in Wenchang, Hainan Province. Duysenbay Kulpinay, a teacher of Chinese Teaching and Research Section, participated in it online. Issues such as the current development process of the Chinese language and teaching methodology were discussed at the forum.
