All we know, that the Kazakh press was born in the second half of the XIX century under the decree of the Tsarist Russian government as “Turkestan ualayaty”, “Dala ualayaty” newspapers. Thus, in the XX century, series of periodicals was supplemented by radio and television types of mass media, and in the XX-XXI centuries, it was supplemented by the internet. Modern mass media is improving every day, and its number is increasing. Their quality increases, coordination and activity develop much faster. Nevertheless, newspapers and magazines continue to remain the sources of mass media. The digital format of newspapers and magazines allows us to get acquitted with the environment, which is interested from all over the world. Therefore, the Kazakh Periodicals Press will undoubtedly serve its people for a long time.

The history of Kazakh journalism has deep roots from the beginning of the 20th century. Even if at that time there was no independent Republic as Kazakhstan traditional media in the Kazakh language was relevant. Because of unfair actions and discrimination against Kazakh people various periods like “Kazakh”, “Ulfat”, “Aikap” began their work.

Actually, Kazakh intelligentsia understood that newspapers will be a powerful tool to make Kazakhstan an independent country and to give freedom to their nation. Since periodicals create a connection between people providing by communication. Tatar newspapers, such as “Terjiman” and “Uakyt” helped Kazakh intellectuals to recognize it. Tatar journalists had written about human rights, especially of Muslim people, and then in “Kazakh” newspaper a problem of woman and the lack of her rights discussed widely.

The concept of philosophy has a broad meaning. Over the centuries, mankind has gone through different stages of thinking in determining the meaning of life, the main mission of mankind. And the philosophy of the Kazakh people is very deep. Over the centuries, the spiritual treasury of the people, the main principles of which were morality and ethics, was filled with incomparable wealth. This phenomenon is associated with the depth of knowledge, vision and wisdom of the Kazakh people. Therefore, on the basis of Kazakh philosophy, on April 6, 2021, we will hold an online lecture "Discussion of Kazakh philosophy in a broad sense."
