On January 15, 2020 at 15.00, on the Zoom platform, a meeting was held with a graduate of the University of Cambridge, professor and leading researcher of the library of the University of Aberdeen, Doctor PhD Peter George on the topic "Libraries of Western Europe: History and Modernity". During the on-line conference, students were interested in the peculiarities of the work of Western European libraries, information retrieval work and the possibilities of libraries in the 21st century.
