EP purpose

Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of domestic and universal history, capable of solving scientific problems in the field of historical science and interdisciplinary research from the standpoint of historical knowledge; to ensure the teaching of historical disciplines at the university on the basis of the latest scientific concepts through the evaluation of their content, prospects for development and influence on the formation of the ideological programs of modern society; to process the results of source criticism of historical sources, to draw up the results of scientific research in the master's thesis, scientific publications; to organize the process of training and education in the field of education using technologies that reflect the specificity of the subject area and the students corresponding to the age and psychophysical features, including their special educational needs; to organize the interaction with colleagues, parents, social partners, including foreign ones; carry out professional self-education and personal growth; analysis, systematization and generalization of the results of scientific research in the field of science and education by applying a set of research methods for solving specific research problems; analyze the results of scientific research in the field of science and education using modern scientific methods and technologies

ON-1 Conduct various types of classes in historical and humanitarian disciplines, choose forms, methods and means of training; apply modern pedagogical technologies, a set of methods, techniques and teaching aids; select forms and means to ensure the quality of the educational process; create new innovative teaching products needed by the pedagogical community;

ON-2 To develop methodological models, technologies and methods of teaching historical disciplines, applying an analytical and prognostic approach to the study of various methods of teaching history; analyze the results of the process of their use in educational institutions of various types; to structure the content of world and national history when teaching in schools, colleges and universities;

ON-3 To organize the process of training and education in the field of education using technologies that reflect the specifics of the subject area and correspond to the age and psychophysical characteristics of students, including their special educational needs; interact with colleagues, parents, social partners, including foreign;

ON-4 Conduct an analysis of the activities of educational organizations through expert assessment in order to develop recommendations for improving the quality of education; to master and develop modern methods and technologies for diagnosing and assessing the quality of the educational process for various educational programs;

ON-5 Coordinate the activities of teachers, methodological associations in the framework of educational organization or structural unit; lead the team, tolerantly perceiving social, ethno-confessional and cultural differences;

ON-6 account the level of preparedness of students, as well as provide methodological recommendations for the implementation of criteria-based evaluation of students' academic achievements as part of updating the content of education; build a pedagogical process based on a student-centered approach;

ON-7 To form the educational environment and use professional knowledge and skills in the implementation of the tasks of innovative educational policy; differentiate professional actions of a teacher according to qualification levels; to analyze modern theoretical developments in the field of historical education, methods, teaching technologies, work methods and techniques;

ON-8 Conduct qualification studies and expert evaluation of the planning, organization and practical implementation of educational activities in higher education organizations; carry out the examination of socio-humanitarian projects and programs in the field of science and education at the state and international level; design, analyze and evaluate educational programs of universities;

ON-9 To develop proposals for improving the work of the education department in organizing advanced training for teachers of universities and secondary specialized educational institutions, in conducting trainings for specialists implementing inclusive education, teaching at the secondary school; to develop documentation regulating the content and organization of the educational process in accordance with distance learning technology;

ON-10 To develop adapted programs and relevant teaching materials in the field of inclusive education in order to achieve all students a certain social status and affirm their social significance, to develop extremely accessible education for everyone in accessible schools and educational institutions; Solve professional tasks related to the organization, management and research in the field of inclusive education;

ON-11 Identify relevant information for scientific research, the ability to extract, process and use it for professional purposes; synthesize scientific material based on a comprehensive study of various sources; determine the theoretical and methodological basis of research work; analyze new promising areas of interdisciplinary research models; to design independent theoretical developments in the field of historical research; evaluate international and national experience in the development of science and research;

ON-12 Be able to build professional relationships with colleagues and management; adapt flexibly in non-standard situations; observe pedagogical tact, the rules of pedagogical ethics, show respect for the individual, show commitment to the highest social values, to the ideas of humanistic pedagogy.
