The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded a scientist of KazNU Gulmira Amangeldievna Mashimbayeva the medal "30 years of Diplomatic Service". The award was presented to the scientist by the head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in Almaty Bakhytzhan Bulegenov.
On January 25, 2023, Jean-Noël Castorio (vice-rector for cultural, sustainable development and social responsibility of the University of Le Havre, France, doctor of historical sciences, professor) and Pierre Chabal (director of the laboratory for the study of Fundamental Rights, international exchanges and maritime rights (LexFeim), co-founder of the Scientific Center "European law" of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) paid a visit to the Faculty of international relations.
