The contest "The best teacher of the university - 2023" has been completed, according to the results of which 32 teachers of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University were among the winners.

   The Republican competition organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan annually determines the best teachers of higher education institutions in order to raise the prestige of the profession and stimulate development.

   This year, 768 teachers from 80 universities of the country took part in the competition. Criteria for selection and evaluation were the following indicators: development and publication of electronic teaching resources, materials, scientific publications in national and international journals, patents for invention and others.

    The competition was won by 150 teachers from 43 universities of Kazakhstan. They will receive a prize of 2000 MRP each. One of them is PhD, senior lecturer Alibayeva Karlygash and Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics Beketaeva Assel became the winners of the competition.
