On October 25, 2023, Republic Day was celebrated in student house No. 6, where students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics live. There was a concert “Respublika kuni - zhasampazdyk merekesi”, prepared by students, as well as a poetic reading of “Zharasady zhastarga”.
At this event, senior curator of the faculty Bolat ABENOV read his poems for young people, accompanied the head of the mathematics department Kanzharbek Imanberdiev and sang songs to the accompaniment of dombyra. They also gave complete answers to questions on current issues that concern students. The students, impressed by the skill of their teachers, expressed their deep gratitude to them.
After the celebration, deputy deans and heads of departments on duty provided advisory assistance to students in their subjects.
