Lukyanchikova E. an employee of "Smart Health University City" LLP at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized by the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, met with 1st year students on a pre-approved schedule and gave a lecture "Protect yourself from tuberculosis!". The meeting was attended by the staff of the Dean's office, curators of courses and 128 students enrolled this year.
The master of her craft, E. Lukyanchikova, spoke fascinatingly about the infamous infectious disease, about what causes it, about the viability of microbacteria in individual elements of the external environment. Listening to the speaker, students learned about possible forms of tuberculosis, how the disease is transmitted, about the symptoms of the disease, factors leading to malignant infection, the main methods of identifying patients.
The speaker answered the students' questions in detail, and at the end of the meeting, Senior curator of the faculty B. Abenov thanked the speaker on behalf of the audience for useful advice.
