On-line debate “Anti-corruption: toughening criminal liability or improving the legal culture?”.
The Republican project office “Sanaly Urpaq” together with the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption in the city of Almaty and the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi hold an inter-university on-line debate on the topic: “Anti-corruption: toughening criminal liability or increasing the legal culture?”.
Teams of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan may take part in the debate.
Debate format: Skype online platform

Game format: British Parliamentary style
Teams must consist of 2 speakers
To participate in debates, university teams must provide electronic information about the participants (name, course, team name, university, contacts for feedback on the Skype platform, WatsApp)
