A textbook in the state and Russian languages, which was prepared by well-known Kazakh constitutional scholars, was published - the Academic textbook «Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» in two volumes under the general editorship of the ex-Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor K.A. Mami.

In the printing house of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where the leading Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law employs two main authors of this textbook - Doctor of Law, Prof. Duisenov E.E. and Doctor of Law, Prof. Kalisheva N.H. two volumes were published in the state language. It is gratifying that the translators of certain sections were teachers of the Faculty of Philology, as well as teachers of our department - Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, professor. Ibraeva A.S., Candidate of Law, Professor. Mynbatyrova N.K., Candidate of Law Zharbolova A., Candidate of Law Dautaliev K., Candidate of Law Karataeva A., Master of Law Alikhan rope.

This Academic textbook is in great demand throughout the republic, as it highlights the theory and practice of constitutional law on the basis of constitutional reforms, where the transformation of public administration is taking place and all spheres of Kazakh society are being updated.

Within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals - peace, justice and institutions, on March 7, 2023, a meeting-conference is being held at the University of Dubai (University of Dubai).

The topic of the conference is devoted to the issues of the judicial system as one of the branches of government in a state governed by the rule of law.

The event is attended by teachers of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Bolashak fellows studying at King's College London, Karatayeva Aigul, Daubasova Sulushash, Aratuly Kuanysh, Abdrakhmanov Daniyar, Surayeva Karina.
