December 16 is a significant day in the history of Kazakhstan. On December 16, 1991, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted a historical document - the constitutional law "On the State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan". This Independence Day became a significant event that laid the foundation for the development of Kazakhstan as a truly sovereign, democratic state.
Today this day is celebrated as the main national holiday of the country - the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the proclamation by the Republic of Kazakhstan of its state independence to the world and, accordingly, recognition and life as an independent state in the eyes of the world. 30 years of independence have become an era of progress and sustainable development for Kazakhstan.
As the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev noted, “Independence is the golden pillar of our statehood, a solid foundation of our independence. For a country with a rich history and deep roots, there is no greater value. We consider it the most precious treasure, the most precious treasure. Therefore, we value the independence that our ancestors dreamed of. "
Every patriotic citizen of Kazakhstan should know the price of independence, not only realize that there is no greater value for the state and society, but also respect and contribute to its development. Every schoolchild should feel and know such a civic duty. However, many young people do not know the secrets of independence, how Kazakhstan gained independence. We, teachers of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, educate students in the spirit of patriotism so that they understand the essence of state independence and realize in the minds and hearts of the young generation how precious and valuable independence is for the state - We conduct a lot of work with students to study the history of independence of our country and familiarize themselves with the state of legal regulation of state independence.
On November 26, 2021, teachers of the department Mynbatyrova N.K., Zharbolova A.Zh. and members of the student club "History of State and Law" in the House of Students No. 18 organized an educational event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan "Independence is the basis of an eternal country." During the event, the teachers explained to the students the history of the adoption of the Law "On the State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and its meaning, and also explained the content of the law. Students also expressed their opinion about the importance of independence for the state and society. The young generation, imbued with the spirit of independence, unanimously sang the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, putting their hands on their hearts. The beauty of the evening was added by the impressive music and wonderful mood performed by the students.
We hope that by holding such events, we have contributed to the development of spiritual, personal and moral values ​​of students, increasing their legal awareness, and the formation of patriotic qualities. We want our work to bear fruit and the younger generation to become educated and qualified patriotic citizens.
