"The Great Wise Men of the Great Steppe"
A literary and musical evening called «The Great Wise Men of the Great Steppe» in the dormitory of № 14 was organized by curator-advisors of faculty of Oriental Studies, between 1st year students of Turksoy department. During the evening, students were introduced to Al Farabi's life and writings. They also recited the words of Abai in his poems. During the event, students were asked a variety of questions, showing their level of knowledge, agility and resourcefulness. In addition, they demonstrated their special skills.
