“Problems and prospects of higher education in Turkey and Kazakhstan

The Turksoy Department organized an international scientific seminar on the topic “Problems and prospects of higher education in Turkey and Kazakhstan” within the framework of the SDGs with the participation of Mustafa Demirci, professor at Seljuk University, Konya, Republic of Turkey, director of the Institute of Humanities.
This event was held on the goals of sustainable development. The issue of quality education was raised. Professor Mustafa Demirci spoke about the origins, development and prospects of the higher education system in Turkey. Teachers, undergraduates and doctoral students of the Turksoy department made presentations on the education system of Kazakhstan. Interesting comments were made about the problems of the education system in Turkey and Kazakhstan.
