Professor Dariusz Szlachetko, Head of the Department of Higher Plants and Nature Conservation, Faculty of Biology, University of Gdansk, Gdansk, Poland. He mainly focused on the study of plant taxonomy, phylogeography, phytogeography, floristry, biodiversity conservation. He holds a D. Sc. Habilitation, Professor of Biological Sciences. He has prepared 19 PhD-doctoral students. Three times winner of the ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT-STIFTUNG award. He has conducted over 70 expeditions lasting over 14 days. He was awarded the Prize of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland in 1997. He has published over 200 highly rated articles.

Professor, Dr. Gábor Sramkó, Head of the Research Group for the Study of Plant Phylogeny, Department of Botany, University of Debrecen (Debrecen, Hungary).

Professor, Dr. Gábor Sramkó, Head of the Research Group for the Study of Plant Phylogeny, Department of Botany, University of Debrecen (Debrecen, Hungary). He works on the study of phylogeny of plants, especially rare and endemic ones, from different European and Asian countries. Currently, Dr. Gábor Sramkó is a Chief Scientist leading young research group at the university in Hungary. This young group is performing research work on molecular genetic biodiversity in Kazakhstan (mountain plants) with financial support from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. His research contributed to the study of various endemic and rare species of South and East Kazakhstan. He has published over 30 scientific papers in international journals such as Acta Biologica Hungarica, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, Phytotaxa, Genetica, etc.

Ahmet AKSOY was born on April 18, 1966. PhD Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Akdeniz University, Antalya, Turkey. There is a laboratory that studies plant anatomy, morphology and ecology.

His main research interests are plant ecology, autecology, pollution ecology, and biodiversity conservation, systematic and medicinal plants. Author of about 20 books, over 100 scientific articles, about 50 research projects.

Prof. Yuanming Zhang, the director of Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).

Prof. Yuanming Zhang, the director of Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Mainly focused on the research of ecosystem structure and function of desert ecosystem in arid areas, especially about biological soil crusts. Recently, as a main scientist, he leads a young scientific group carrying out research work on the functions of biodiversity in desert ecosystems, which were financially supported by National Nature foundation of China and CAS. His research has contributed to policy-making on biodiversity conservation in Junger Basin Desert and Tarim river valley. He has published 50s academic papers in international journals, such as Nature Plants, Soil Biology and Biochemistry, Annals of Botany, GEODERMA and so on.

Boros Emil PhD, Senior Researcher also, Head of the Department of Animal Ecology of the Danube Research Institute. His field of research is to study the structure, biological functions, and long-term changes of aquatic, wetland, and grassland ecosystems and their communities (mainly waterfowl), with special consideration for the effects of climate change, land use, water use, river management, agriculture, and other human activities. The main task of Boros Emil is to conduct and organize national and international limnological studies of soda-salt waters and shallow lakes, taking into account the abiotic nature, the nutrient cycle and trophic relationships, as well as the ecological role of animal communities (especially waterfowl). He is the author of many scientific articles and theses. The h-index in Scopus is equal to 12.

Currently, Boros Emil is a member of the research group, as well as a collaborator of the GF project on scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects for 2020-2022 with a implementation period of 27 months AP08856160 "Assessment of the ecological state of the unique soda and salt ecosystems of Kazakhstan".
