TELEGRAM-PEDAGOGY: ACADEMIC COOPERATION OF THE FACULTY OF JOURNALISM AND ABAI KAZNPU IN THE FIELD OF INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO ONLINE LEARNING

From 21 to 25 April 2021. The School of Telegram Pedagogy at the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi KazNU held an online master class of 72 hours for the teaching pedagogical staff of Abai KazNPU. The speakers of the webinars were the author of the direction of telegram pedagogy, senior lecturer of the journalism faculty of KazNU and doctoral student of the Department of General Linguistics and European Languages Seidekhanov Sanatbek Azatbekovich and the head of the Department of Press and Electronic Media, Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences Sultanbayeva Gulmira Serikbayevna. During the webinars, the participants got acquainted with the general concept and system of telegram pedagogy as an innovation in the digitalization of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as learned practical methods of implementing this technology in the educational process.
The direction of telegram pedagogy emerged in the winter of 2021 and immediately took shape as a systematic approach. Today, in the context of the rapid development of technologies in education, the Faculty of Journalism has made a breakthrough towards the full use of the Telegram messenger in the educational process. At the moment, the journalism faculty has a significant competence in this technological and methodological area. This is a fundamentally new system of teaching students, which has a number of advantages in terms of convenience, efficiency and creative self-realization.
The development of this project is very dynamic. To date, agreements have been reached with the Alpine-Adriatic University (Klagenfurt, Austria) to conduct a series of webinars on telegram pedagogy for the teaching staff within the framework of academic cooperation. Specialists of the Faculty of Journalism will share their experience and knowledge in this innovative field.
