Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Center for the Rapprochement of International Cultures at UNESCO on February 5, 2021 are holding a republican scientific and practical online conference on the topic: "Mentor of Zhambyl Er Sarybai bi Aidosuly", dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Sarybai bi Aydosuly.

The purpose of the conference is to study the historical role of Sarybai Aydosuly (1821-1890), as well as the activities of other historical figures of the Semirechye of the 19th century. Determine the contribution of personalities to Russian history, as well as discuss the conceptual approaches of scientists on this topic.
