On December 10, at the Eurasian National University, the VIII meeting of the National Congress of Historians of Kazakhstan was held on the topic"Personality in the national historical science: new research and approaches" on the occasion of the 1150th anniversary of Abu Nasr al - Farabi, the 175th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly and the 750th anniversary of the Golden Horde - "Ulyk Allys". The event was organized by the Eurasian National University and the National Congress of Historians of Kazakhstan.
  The meeting of historians was held with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of domestic scientific research, their contribution to the modernization of public consciousness and sustainable development of the country. Here are collected poems, words of edification and translations of the poet, memoirs of contemporaries and descendants about the thinker, academic studies of Abaevedians.
    The interactive complex consists of the following chapters: "Biography of Abai"; "Creative world of Abai"; "Video lectures"; "The World of Cinema Poetry"; "Online Library". Poems, words of edification, poems and translations of the poet are provided with brief annotation comments to them, along with the full text of the works and an audio version. In order to further clarify the biography and creative heritage of Abai, the interactive complex offers a course of academic video lectures.
In the section "Online Library" you can get acquainted with digital versions of the collections of the poet's essay, scientific and educational books concerning his work.
In the section "The World of Cinema Poetry" there is a collection of filmed poetic video materials with illustrations on the verses of Abai.
In addition, the interactive complex "Abay" is filled with a photo gallery from the expositions that are part of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Zhidebay-Borli": the main building of the museum, the Museum "Figures of Alash - M. Auezov", the House-Museum of Abai in Zhidebay, Shakarim Hunting House, M. Auezov's House-Museum in Borli and the Abai-Shakarim mausoleum complex.
  At the end of the year, innovative, curious scientists in the field of history were awarded special diplomas, in this list the dean of the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Nogaybaeva Mendigul Sagatovna and head of the Department of Archeology, Ethnology and Museology Zhumatayev Rinat Serikovich.
