The Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies held a poetic evening with students of the specialty Library Science.

The students of the 1 st year of the Faculty of History under the direction of Raimbekova Mayra Tasbolatovna organized a round table called "The Book Heritage of the Century".

19th of October, in the National Library the Republic of Kazakhstan was conducted a open day dedicated to the professional holiday of the library workers «My profession is my pride».

Aim: The definition the role of library specialists in the society, the formation of the personality that meets the requirements of the present, and the exchange of views with students of the library profession of other educational institutions.

In the A. Kasteev Art Museum within the framework of the "Ainulandi Nörlandir", together with 1st year students specializing in "Archeology and Ethnology" and 2 courses in the specialty "Museum and Monument Protection", Camille Lee's lecture "Scythian-Saka Culture - the Golden Code of Humanity "

On October 14, a training seminar was held dedicated to the specialty of the museum expert. This training was aimed at increasing the motivation of achievements in the chosen specialty and development of personal qualities of the future employee of the museum.

13.10.2017 at 14:30 the Department of History of Kazakhstan and students of the V group of the 1st year of the department of the Kazakh language and literature of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages conducted a scientific conference on the topic "Spiritual leader of the Kazakh people - Ahmet Baytursynov", "100 anniversary of the Alash movement".
