On June 21, 2018, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University together with the public reception "Civil Control" conducts a round table on "The main approaches to the implementation of the principle of meritocracy in the personnel policies of budget organizations and national companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a factor in countering corruption".

The main directions of the round table:
1. Introduction of the principle of meritocracy as one of the directions of reforming the personnel policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.Rol principle of meritocracy in improving the recruitment, training and promotion of personnel in government agencies, budget organizations and national companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan and counteracting corruption.
3. Principle of meritocracy as one of the factors of counteraction to corruption in the personnel policy.
4. Legal aspects of using the principle of meritocracy in the formation of the corps of civil servants and employees of national companies.
5.Problemy and prospects of using the experience of introducing the principle of meritocracy in the personnel policy in the countries of the far and near abroad.
