Round table on “Juvenile delinquency and drug addiction”

On January 18, 2018, 3rd year students of the Law Faculty Group YUP-309 together with lecturers of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, as well as together with the student club “Amanat” held a round table on the topic: “Juvenile crime and drug addiction”.

The name of the event: Round table on the theme: "Juvenile crime and drug addiction”.

The purpose of the event: Formation of spiritual self-awareness of student personality and cultural education.

Contents of the event: February 6, 2018, students of the third year of Law Faculty Group YUP-309 together with lecturers of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and together with the student club “Amanat” held a round table on the topic: “Juvenile crime and drug addiction”.

The participants outlined the relevance of the fight against drug addiction, preventive measures and prevention of drug addiction and juvenile delinquency. The most common criminal act among teenagers is committing theft, possession of other people’s property. The participants noted that recently new synthetic psychotropic narcotic drugs and tobacco-smoke harmful substances that teenagers use are emerging one after another. Students of the student club “Amanat” prepared a report on the need to monitor parents for their children, as well as ensuring the employment of children to prevent the commission of crimes. Each of the participants of the round table introduced their proposals on crime prevention and combating drug addiction among minors.
