Educational event timed to coincide with the celebration of the "Day of the First President"
PRESS RELEASE
On the 30’s of November 2021, at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, of the Law Faculty which referred to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, an educational event on the topic: "The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy", timed to celebrate the "Day of the First President" in Republic of Kazakhstan December 1, 2021 will be held.
It is gratifying that this event is held by the forces of first-year students from group 109 of the Faculty of Law, whose speakers are members of the scientific community called "Fair Law". This community was created under the leadership of D.Yu. D., associate professor Kalisheva N.Kh, by these very students.
Arthur Shen is the chairman of the scientific community; the deputy chairman is a student Daniyal Iembergenov. While the moderator is Mussin Rustam. The organizer and inspirer of the event is Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Kalisheva Nazhia Khusainovna.
On this very day, December 1, 1991, for the first time in the history of Kazakhstan, a nationwide presidential election was held. Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev was unanimously elected President of the Kazakh SSR. The presentation, prepared by the efforts of 1st year students of the Faculty of Law, shows a 30-year path of development of sovereign Kazakhstan under the leadership of the wise and far-sighted Elbasy!
