On December 7, 2021 at 18 o'clock, in the House of Students № 18, within the framework of educational activities of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law which referred to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a leadership lecture by the author of the textbook and commentary of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Doctor of Law, Professor Duisenov Erkin Ermanovich on the topic: "Anti-corruption policy in public service" will be held in hybrid mode.
During the meeting, a well-known Kazakh constitutionalist, specialist in the field of public service and anti-corruption policy, Professor E.E. Duisenov, based on the new and updated legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the sphere of public service as of July 1, 2021, will reveal problematic issues of legal regulation of public service and anti-corruption issues in the public service, which is due to one of the important directions of the internal policy of the state – minimizing the level of corruption in the country.
The event is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
