To the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Lecture by Kalisheva N.H.
Within the framework of the event "30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", a lecture on the topic was organized at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University by the Faculty of Law, namely the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law: "Evolution of state functions at the present stage in sovereign Kazakhstan". The moderator of this lecture was Kalisheva Nazhiya Khusainovna - Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, the speakers were 4th year students majoring in Jurisprudence. The lecture was attended by the teaching staff of the department, as well as young undergraduates of our faculty.
The lecture reviewed all the changes of our state since independence – three decades of independence of Kazakhstan, from the introduction of the national currency, the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the strategy "Kazakhstan-2030" to the adoption of the strategy "Kazakhstan-2050", the implementation of the programs "Nurly Zhol", "100 concrete steps". The goals of the future 4th decade were also studied, among which the main focus was on the modernization of public consciousness and the formation of national identity.
