The other day, the results of the TOP STUDENTMOBILITY scholarship competition, established by RUDN University (Moscow) for the most successful foreign students and in order to develop and support incoming academic mobility programs for students, were summed up the other day.
The participants in the competitive selection were students of leading foreign universities studying at RUDN University as part of academic mobility programs for the main educational program implemented in a network form.
The grading scale included a number of factors, ranging from the position of the partner university in the QS ranking to the personal talents of applicants:
Applicant University Positions in QS;
statement with marks (average mark);
publications / scientific achievements;
participation in scientific conferences;
certificate of proficiency in Russian;
motivation letter, diplomas, diplomas of winners of competitions / olympiads.
As a result, 30 winners were determined, who received the title of laureates and bonus payments in the amount of 41,500 rubles.
The competition was attended by students and undergraduates of universities such as the University of Bologna (Forlì), the Institute of Political Studies of the University of Bordeaux, the University of Parma, the University of Applied Sciences of Joanneum (Graz), Complutense University, Nasir al-Din Tusi University of Technology, as well as a number of universities in the CIS countries, including Kazakhstan.
And it’s all the more pleasant that among the 30 winners, undergraduates and students of KazNU. Al Farabi took pride of place, mainly in the first third of the rating (1,3,4, 8,10 positions).
