Foreign students belonging to the category of ethnic Kazakhsand studying under the educational programs "tourism"took part on 30.10.2020 in a videoconference on the ZOOM platform organized by the administrationKazNU named after al-Farabi in the framework of the state order" Services to support ethnic Kazakhswho immigrated to the Republic of Kazakhstan "and NAC"Fund of compatriots".

Every year, a competition for first-year students is held on the beautiful stage of the Palace of Students named after U. A. Zholdasbekov.

This year it was held in an online format. First-year students of the Department of recreational geography and tourism showed all their talents.

On October 19, at 19.00, a General meeting and explanation on Project-Based Learning was held by FEYDEY International S. A., Switzerland & Swiss American Education group as part of the joint Project development of English and professional skills in the field of hospitality for students and faculty of the Department of recreational geography and tourism.
