Foreign scientists from France, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan attended the conference, as did diplomatic representatives and Mr.Vlastimil Samek, Representative of the United Nations Department of Global Communications in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Pabrice Neveu- Consulate General of the French Republic in Kazakhstan, attaché for science and culture at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Almaty-Mr. Wolfgang Faust.

Reports were made and actively discussed during the conference on the role of women in the political space, gender equality and inequality by increasing the influence of women with their role in providing women's discourse in politics, and the regulation of women's political rights by international legal documents. Foreign and domestic scholars did a comparative examination in the European-Central Asian aspect, identifying the reasons for the low proportion of female politicians in power, the causes and repercussions of family, and the societal hurdles encountered when engaged in politics.

As a result, it established the necessary conditions for the abolition of gender inequity, increased women's roles in society, legal protection, and methodical formation from political discourse.

This conference has been a meeting point for European and Central Asian political and cultural perspectives. The participants' actions heated up the topic even further. As a result, articles selected during the conference as interesting and important will be published in the scientific journal of the University of Poitiers (France).
