On 18 February 2021, the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry for the Economic Development of the Russian Federation” hosted an international scientific-practical conference «Foreign economic activity in the post-covid period».

  The International Conference was held in online format at Zoom platform and was able to bring together over 70 participants from leading Russian institutions of higher education: scientists, researchers, doctoral and post-graduate students.

In the section of young scientists "Issues of legal regulation of foreign economic activity" with presentations of scientific reports made by doctoral and master students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specialty "international law": PhD doctoral student Akhmetova A.A. "Legal aspects of ensuring food security in the field of grain", master students Seitkanova M.B., Talgatova K.S. "Protection of intellectual property in the digital economy", Smatayeva A.A. "Issues of legal regulation of trade agreements in the field of electronic commerce". Scientific research was prepared within the framework of the WTO and ICC Centre of the International Law Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

According to results of conference it is planned to publish the Collection of materials, indexed by scientific base RSCI.
