The state of Republican universities in the context of the pandemic

The introduction of mass quarantine measures in connection with the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which shocked the world, led to distance learning at all levels of education. Will the COVID-19 pandemic that broke out at the end of 2019 last, or will it stop? How did the pandemic that began in March of this academic year affect all spheres of human life? What is the quality of education in the transition of Kazakhstan's universities to an online format in connection with the pandemic? Obviously, these issues are still relevant today. In this regard, the interuniversity webinar "The state of university education in the republic in the context of the pandemic"was held. The participants of the webinar were the Kazakh National University. al-Farabi, the winner of the Presidential Award "For achievements in the field of quality" and the flagship of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Atyrau University named after Kh.Dosmukhamedov, who has extensive experience in the field of scientific research. The issues that bothered students and teachers during the pandemic were discussed, the main one being the methodological aspects of working on the platforms used in online learning. It is noted that this type of training did not cause a decrease in the quality of training sessions at this stage.
