On September 20-23, 2023, the Mathematical Society of the Turkic World (TWMS) with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Turkestan region and the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yasavi (MKTU) was held the VII World Congress of Mathematicians of the Turkic World (TWMS Congress-2023).

An internship program for data analysts and novice mathematical modeling specialists was presented at the meeting.

Kudaibergenov Askar Kanatovich, from June 26 to July 4, 2023, was on a business trip in Bern, Switzerland, where he took part in a scientific conference (6th European Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Science and Engineering, MACSE) with the report “On Nonlinear Spatial Vibrations of Rotating Drill String under the Effect of a Fluid Flow”

Ms Yuliya Sabirova, a 1-year PhD student at the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modelling (MCM), the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, al‐Farabi Kazakh National University, was an Academic Visitor of the Centre for Applied Dynamics Research (CADR), University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom, for a period of 3 months, starting from 28th April 2023 up to 1st August 2023 by supervision of Professor.
