In the traditional 49th Sports Contest of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University “Health", volleyball competitions among university teachers and staff were held from January 4 to 12. At this event, the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics took the II place among men and the III place among women. The head, employees and graduates of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling took part in the sports game. The winners were awarded by the chairman of the "Parasat" trade union of Al-Frabi KazNU T.K.Mekebayev with diplomas and prizes.
