Awards and achievements of students


 In the period of April 6-8, at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, the international scientific conference of students and young scientists "Farabi Alemi" was held online.  

 At the opening ceremony of the lecture hall named after academician Smagulov Shaltay Smagulovich, which took place on December 12, 2020, a 2nd year student of the magistracy of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling Mazakova Aigerim was issued a certificate for the right to receive a grant named after Academician Smagulov Sh.S. Institute of Information and Computing Technologies KN MES RK. General Director of IIHT MES RK, Academician of NAS RK Kalimoldaev M.N. personally presented the certificate to the winner of the competition.
 Kembaeva Tokzhan Bauyrzhankyzy, а student of the Department of MCM, was awarded "Алтын төсбелгісімен" and a diploma for her contribution to the development of youth policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and active participation in mass events and the manifestation of leadership qualities.
   Kembaeva Tokzhan Bauyrzhankyzy, a student of the Department of MCM, is the winner of the republican competition "Қазақстанның жастарының "Алтын кітабы", which was held to popularize among young people the programmatic article of President Nursultan Nazarbayev "Болашаққа бағдар:Рухани жаңғыру".
 
 Abish Nursaule, a student of the Department of MCM, took 3rd place in the "Пианинода ойнау" nomination in the amateur art competition "1-курс ТАЛАНТТАРЫ-2019".
   The Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics expresses its deep gratitude for participating in the "Жалын-2019" talent competition among freshmen and for the contribution that Abish Nursaule makes for the faculty.
 Nurdaulet Kulakhmet, a student of the MCM department, will be awarded for 2nd place in the city debate tournament "Primary 2019", organized by the Almaty Debate Federation on September 15 at the University of Turan.
 Kulakhmet Nurdaulet, a student of the MCM department, was awarded for 3rd place in the "ALPHA" league in the Republican debate tournament for the Cup of the Head of the IEOM, which was held from November 30 to December 1, 2019 at the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications.

 Sarieva Ainel Bulatovna, a student of the MCM department, was awarded as the winner of the Republican competition "100 best students of Kazakhstan" for inclusion in the Republican collection "The best student of the year", published in the framework of the Year of Youth in support of talented youth of Kazakhstan.
 Julia Sabirova, a student of the MCM department, was awarded for 3rd place in 4 sections at the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi World".

 In mechanical-mathematical faculty was awarded the 3rd place in the "Best Faculty KazNU named after al-Farabi" in the traditional cleanliness competition. 

 

  Undergraduates of the first year of the specialty Mathematical and Computer Modeling after passing the competitive selection at the university level were sent to the Introduction to science courses at the University of Oxford UK. Within five days from April 1-5, 2019, students of KazNU studied the research methods based on the research of professors and doctors of science at the University of Oxford. According to the results, undergraduates Kenzhekulova Moldir and Sabirova Rose received certificates of attendance.
 Master students of the specialty MCM Kenzhekulova Moldir and Sabirova Rosa have an internship at the University of Oxford in the UK from April 1-5, 2019. For the first time, a group of students from Kazakhstan had the opportunity to complete a scientific internship at a university with a centuries-old history as part of a special course called Introduction to Science. The internship was organized by the School of Geography and the Environment of the University of Oxford. In addition, the internship program is developed on the basis of a multidisciplinary approach. The intensive program is a synthesis of theory and practice: undergraduates not only listen to lectures by leading Oxford professors, but also present their own research, study methodologies and planning research studies and projects with specific examples. Separate attention deserves familiarity with the infrastructure of the University of Oxford. A visit to laboratories uniting researchers from various fields of science, geography, biology, chemistry, physics, and archeology aroused genuine interest among undergraduates. According to the participants, mutual understanding and desire for further cooperation appeared between representatives of the two universities.
 March 29, 2019 the official awarding of the winners of the subject Olympiad "Mathematics and Mathematical Models" took place. First place was given to the student of the 3rd course of specialty MCM Mālbek Asylan, the second place was shared by students of the specialty MCM 3rd course Sabirov Yulia and Teғaliev Asylkhan. The 3rd place was awarded to the following students: Moldabek Azamat specialty MCM 3 course, Tolekov Bekzat Mechanics 2 course and Chakenov Ernur MCM 2 course.
   Doctoral student of the 2nd course of specialty MCM Baitereueva Ayymzhan from 09/16/18-01.03.19 passes a research internship at Middlesex University “Middlesex University” (London, UK) under the Erasmus + program.
   The undergraduate student of the 2nd course of the specialty MCM Shakhmugambetova Zhansaya Erkeevna from 10.09.18-23.02.19 is studying at the University of Lisbon “Insituto Superior Engenaria de Lisboa”, (Portugal, Lisbon) under the program of academic mobility.
 Bakytbekova Bekzat, a student of the Department of MCM, took 2nd place in the "Эстрадалық ән" nomination in the amateur art competition "1-курс ТАЛАНТТАРЫ-2018".
  
Bakytbekova Bekzat was awarded a certificate for participation in the Republican Olympiad "Al-Farabi" on the subject "Mathematics".
 
 
 Atudinov Dias was awarded a diploma for the title "Best Player" in specialized mini-football games among 1st year students, organized by the sports organization "KazNU Sport Life".
  
Bakytbekova Bekzat, winner of the Republican Olympiad "Al-Farabi" took 1st place in the subject "Mathematics".
 On November 1, 2018, the annual talent competition among freshmen took place in the Palace of Students. Students of the specialty MCM took an active part and won prizes in the nominations Best Folk Dance, Best Expressive Reading, Best Performance on a Musical Instrument. And the Grand Prix was awarded for the Best Modern Dance. A great contribution to the preparation of students for the competition was made by the students of MCM 4th year Shopan Anara, Musina Kamila, as well as the student dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, 3th year student of the MСM Kylyshbai Alua.

 Certificates for completing the "Total Energy" course for MCM master students  
   On the basis of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, the MCM Department organized a subject Olympiad in honor of the 70th anniversary of the laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science, technology and education, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Institute of Physics and Mathematics, professorNARGOZY TURSYNBAYEVICH DANAEVA. Particularly active participation in the competition was attended by first-year undergraduate students. The winners of the Olympiad are: 1st place-Barmagambetov Sagynysh Meyirkhanuly (mathematics, 2nd year), 2nd place- Kasimov Alikhan (mathematics, 1st year), 2nd place - Mālbek Asylan Serikuly (MCM, 3rd year), 3rd place- Iseev Sұңғat Mұhtaruly (MCM, 2 course), 3rd place - Teғaliev Asylkhan Tlektesuly (MCM, 3rd year), 3rd place - Chakenov Yernur Yerlanuly (MCM, 2 year). All winners received certificates in the amount of: 1st place - 50,000 tenge, 2nd place- 25,000 tenge, 3rd place -15,000 tenge.

  On May 26, 2018, on the last Saturday of May, the annual holiday of the Graduate Day was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. With the support of the Alumni Association, the Al-Farabi Square was solemnly opened, and the Taikazan fountain was launched in front of the Kermet Service Center. Further, at the gala concert were awarded diplomas to the best graduates of 2018.    From April 20-21, 2018, the Republican Student Olympiad in the specialty "Mathematical and Computer Modeling" was held at Nazarbayev University. The competition was attended by students of leading universities of the republic - ENU. L.N. Gumelev, KazNU them. Al-Farabi, a branch of Moscow State University. The Olympiad is held annually and involves team and individual competitions.Representatives of the team KazNU. al-Farabi honorably withstood this difficult competition.    From 9–12 April 2018, the V International al-Farabi readings were held at the KazNU named after al-Farabi.    On April 6, 2018, on the SSP project, the combined KVN team of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics and the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies won a prize and won a certificate for 200,000 (thousand) tenge on the SSP project.
   March 15, 2018, the annual Student Spring Competition was held in the Zholdasbekov Students Palace. In the genre of the musical it was necessary to reveal the theme of this year "Yel Zhүregі-Astana".Of the 13 faculties, the association of the mechanics and mathematics faculty and the faculty of information technology took the 3 rd place.

Student of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling Kenzhekulova Moldir who took an active part in the annual competition "Student Spring" among the faculties of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was awarded a certificate for contribution to the development of the faculty.
   February 15, 2017 at 5:00 pm at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics there was held a competition "Kyzykala Tola Mekh-Mat". The competition was attended by 4 groups with specialties of mathematics, computer science, MCM, mechanics. According to the results, students from the group of Mathematicians took the first place, MCM took the second place, and computer science students - the third place. There was a competition among fans, and the winners received a small prize.
   On February 14-15, 2002, a seminar was held in our capital on the topic “Rouhani zhanygru- Bolashakka bastar Zhol”, which was visited by our student dean Kylyshbai Alua together with other leaders of our university.
   The 2nd year student of the specialty MCM Makulbek Asylan won the second prize at the Olympiad "Algebra, Logic and Geometry".
