 21.04.2018 The Nauryz holiday was celebrated at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics was awarded for the III place at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the "Best Yurt" competition.
Students of MСM went to Lake Issyk
 15.04.2018 On April, 15 the adviser of group MСM 17-1 Zamanova S.K. with her group went to Lake Issyk. This was one of the unforgettable moments of student life. We cooked food in nature, organized various funny games and had a good time.

 06.04.2018 April 6, 2018 in the dowry of students named after U.A. Zholdasbekov at the SSP project, the combined team of the club of cheerful and resourceful of Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics and the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies won the prize and won a certificate for 200,000 (thousand) tenge. A huge support to the team of our faculty was provided by the activists of the department of MCM in the person of the student dean Kilishbay Alua @alua_kylyshbay, as well as the students of the 3 course Musina Kamila and Shopan Anara @_anarakam_, 4 th year student Maksat Askar @askar_maksat and others.

 20.03.2018  March 20, 2018 the student center "Keremet" held the event "Əз-Наурыз". The rector of the university took part in the event and visited every village. Guests were served Nauryz skin, baursaks and other dishes. There was a concert dedicated to Nauryz.

 07.03.2018  The students of the 2nd course of specialty MCM congratulated the girls on the international women's day, performed songs in honor of the holiday, staged interesting games.

"Interesting mech-mat"
 15.02.2018 02/15/2018 at 17:00 in the hall of the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty there was a contest "Interesting fur-mat." The competition was attended by 4 groups: computer science, mathematics, mechanics, MCM. Students specializing in Mathematics took I, students specializing in MCM II place, students specializing in computer science ІІІ place. There was a competition among the fans, and the winners received a small prize.
The сoncert in the Nursing Home was held in the framework of the project "Ainalandy nyrlandyr"
 14.02.2018 February 14, 2017 there was held a concert on the project "Ainalandy nyrlandyr" by the advisers Abdrakhmanova N.T. and students of the MKM chair in a nursing home located at the intersection of Abai and Bauyrzhan Momyshuly streets. Performances at the concert were shown not only by our students, but also by elders. One of the main goals of the event is to encourage students to be tactful, to justify their parents' obligations, to be honest, to respect the elderly, humanity and morality.
