On October 13, 2019, a grandiose event was held dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The week of International Journalism and Public Relations at the Faculty of Journalism was dedicated to the university’s anniversary. In this regard, one of the leading experts in the field of public relations, AlisherElikbaev, held a master class at our special invitation. The organizers of the event are the UNESCO Chair, International Journalism and Public Relations. Responsible teachers - and the head of the department - NazgulTursynbaevna and the senior teacher - Bayan Askarovna.
This event, organized by order of students, has great informational and cognitive value. The master class was held in the "Great Hall" of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. Students of a number of other universities took part in an open dialogue with A. Yelikbaev, who actively owns various aspects of public relations in the industry, in addition to students of KazNU. Since this meeting was held as part of the "Open Doors".
In his speech, AlisherYelikbaev congratulated our university on a significant event and noted that he became a graduate of the journalism faculty of this particular institution. There were a lot of interesting questions from our students. Therefore, the meeting was held in an interview format. It should be noted that the guest shared new ideas in the field of public relations, which greatly pleased many. Students received a delicious cake, prepared by special order on the topic of the master class. At the end of the event, the department head N. Sh. Shyngysova thanked the guest, B. Musaev. handed them a memorable gift on behalf of the department.
