On March 26-27, 2019 at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the support of the Republican newspapers "Ulan", "Druzhnye rebiata" will be held the Days of the XVII traditional "Young Journalists" Forum coordinated by the Press and Electronic Mass Media Department of Journalism Faculty of KazNU.

Within the framework of the Forum, there will be announced results of the contest for the best republican works of essays, photos, audio, video materials and graphic works among the republican schoolchildren which has been providing from November 20, 2018 to March 25, 2019 on the topics as "Want to be a journalist?", "Language - Spiritual Treasure", "Kazakh's orators", "Newspaper is the eyes and tongue of the people" and the Latin alphabet.

During the event, pupils from all regions of the country will be visiting the editorial offices of "Kazakh Radio", "Ulan" and "Druzhnye rebiata".

Participants of the Forum on Cultural Program Al-Farabi will hold a press tour to the campus of KazNU and meet with representatives of the Student Trade Union Organization and Students Maslikhat. During the event, students will get acquainted with the "Keremet" Student Service Center and "Al-Farabi Library". They will also meet with professional journalists and participate in master classes.
