February 13 under the guidance of professor of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Kozybakova FA a scientific conference was held under the title “The multifaceted legacy of Yusuf Balasagun”, in honor of the outstanding representative of the Turkic people. The conference was organized by students of the 104th group of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages. During the conference, students' research papers on the biography of Yusuf Balasagun were presented. During the event, those present familiarized themselves with the cultural places named after the greatest thinker of the medieval era. The scientific conference was held at the highest level, most importantly, it was directly related to the idea of ​​the president “Ruhani Zhangyru”.

In the secondary school of Turbat village, Kazygurt district, South Kazakhstan region, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, an educational and patriotic evening “Fiery years of Afghanistan” was held. Participants read educational lectures to schoolchildren on the history of the Afghan war, on what the tragedy of war is, and on shed blood. Valikhanov Institute of history and ethnology with the support of CS of MES of PK in order to realizing the goals, referred to in article of the Head of State in the program article «Seven facets of the Great Steppe» was held republic round table «Great names of Great Steppe methodological approaches of research». The goal of the event – discussion of the projects Concepts for the creation of educational park-encyclopedia «Great names of Great Steppe» and the List of «Great Names of the Great Steppe» in response to the request of the Head of State set out in the program article «Seven facets of the Great Steppe» in order to formulation common methodological approaches in the implementation of scientific research in the framework of the project «Great Names of the Great Steppe».

In the framework of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, the Kazakh-Russian Medical University in Almaty held an educational and patriotic event on the theme “The Truth of the Afghan War”. The students of this university were told about the participation of Kazakhstanis in the Afghan war, about the harsh periods of the war, about the man of war and economic and technical costs. At the meeting, students studying the specialties of doctors asked questions about sanitary standards and shared their thoughts.

On 7 February, 2019 at Institute was held a meeting with director of Centre «Archives-2025» under the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan B. Abdygali. At the event were discussed registry creation issues of archival materials, previously brought from foreign countries, govern the departure staff of the Institute in the largest archives of the world. Also were suggested that develop and approve relevant instructions for the participants of this program. Director of the Institute Z. Kabuldinov assured the guests about employee readiness to high-quality implementation of the presidential task.
