MASTER CLASS GUEST: ZHANDOS ZHUMABEKULY - MANAGER OF THE "MYATA" CHAIN TOPIC: STANDARDIZATION AND REGULATIONS, KPI SYSTEM

At the master class on 23.11.2020 at 16:00, a master class was held on the topic "Standardization and regulations" and"KPI system". 56 participants participated. The first topic was about the standard in this business. For example, the main standards include: cleanliness standards (cleanliness of the hall, staff work areas, entrance group, etc.), appearance standards (staff uniforms, shoes, hairstyles, jewelry, manicure, makeup, etc.), guest service standards (scenario service, conflict situations, compliments and loyalty, meeting guests with children, sales, handling objections, feedback from the guest, etc.), food and drink serving standards (rules for taking out food and drinks, compliments and treats, serving time), serving standards (before the guest arrives, during his stay, after saying good-bye to the guests, in between serving meals, etc.)


The second topic was about the KPI system, where participants could get acquainted with the KPI of personnel and employment, kitchen management, hall and restaurant management, bar and sales and marketing.
