ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE COMPETITION “BEST SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE OF THE JOURNAL «BULLETIN OF KAZNU. INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL LAW SERIES - 2022»

International Relations Faculty holds a competition: “The best scientific article of the journal Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law” to stimulate scientists-researchers within the framework of scientific support and solving the strategic tasks of the university, to increase the level and quality of scientific publications, as well as to increase the number of citations of scientific articles.

On December 22, 2022, the final meeting of the competition commission will be held to determine the winners in the nominations “The best scientific article of the author (s) of Al-Farabi KazNU in the journal “Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law". The best scientific article of the author(s) from other universities of Kazakhstan in the journal "Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law 2022", The best scientific article of a foreign author(s) in the journal “Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law - 2022".

On December 23, 2022, the awards ceremony for the winners and nominees will take place.

The competition committee will consider articles by authors already published in the journal “Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law" in the period 2019, 2020, 2021.

Evaluation criteria:

- Number of views (Researchgate database)

- Number of citations (Researchgate database)

- Number of citations (GoogleScholar database)

- Number of citations (SCOPUS database)

The winners of the competition are awarded in the following nominations:

-         For the nomination - “The best scientific article of the author (s) of Al-Farabi KazNU in the journal “Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law” - 75,000 tenge.

-         For the nomination “The best scientific article of the author (s) from other universities of Kazakhstan in the journal “Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law - 2022" - 50,000 tenge.

-         For the nomination - "The best scientific article of a foreign (-s) author (s) in the journal "Bulletin of KazNU. Series of international relations and international law - 2022" - 50,000 tenge.

In addition, 3 authors in each nomination (total 9) will be awarded diplomas of KazNU Al-Farabi.

Information about the winners of the competition will be published on the official website of the Faculty of International Relations of KazNU al-Farabi and Internet resources.
