The purpose of the educational program in the specialty “Management” is to train specialists in the management of various fields of activity who are able to competently organize production and business processes, build a strategy for positioning the organization in the domestic and international spaces for commercial organizations, national companies and government structures.

Learning outcome

ON1 Apply methods and tools for analyzing financial statements and financial forecasting; evaluation of investment projects; accounting and distribution of costs, calculation and analysis of the cost of production; organization planning operational (production) activities to assess the organization.

ON2 Apply the regulatory framework governing the registration process and the beginning of the enterprise in various organizational and legal forms and areas of activity, principles of organization of business planning.

ON3 Using the modern methods of making and implementing organizational and managerial decisions, stimulating and motivating, sharing responsibility, monitoring and evaluating personnel in accordance with their duties.

ON4 Analyze the state of the macroeconomic environment, the dynamics of its changes, the development trends of sectoral markets to assess their impact on government and commercial organizations.

ON5 To collect, analyze and process data necessary for solving managerial tasks.

ON6 Create reports and make recommendations for evaluating the organization’s activities based on the methods and tools studied.

ON7 Develop job descriptions, make staffing with the calculation of payroll.

ON8 Develop business plans for the creation and development of new organizations (activities, products, etc.); corporate, competitive and functional organization development strategies; conduct an analysis of the competitive industry for modeling and optimizing business processes.

ON9 Develop a contract and accompanying documents for the organization and execution of transactions of foreign economic activity of the company.

ON10 Build a company's investment portfolio based on fundamental and technical market analysis and risk assessment

ON11 To argue the decisions made and explain their consequences, explain management decisions, motivate and motivate staff, taking into account the sociocultural differences between people in their professional activities; apply rational methods and means of business communication.
