At the Department of «Management» in the period from 14.09 to 28.12, foreign Professor Igor Dubina successfully conducts his course «Methods of scientific research» for doctoral students of the 1st year of the specialty «State and local management», doctor of Economics, Professor, Novosibirsk national research state University (Novosibirsk, Russian Federation). Igor Nikolaevich is the author of more than 170 works in the Russian and foreign press (more than 50 in English), including 5 author's monographs published in Central Russian publishing houses, and 2 co-authored monographs in English, 9 author's textbooks and manuals marked UMO, 25 articles in journals recommended by the higher attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, 12 articles in international peer-reviewed publications (h index = 5 in the Scopus database), he has extensive experience in research and teaching at 15 foreign universities: George Washington University, Texas A&M University, Drake University, Buffalo State College, Waubonsee College (USA), Martin Luther University Halle Wittenberg (Germany), Central European University (Hungary), Japan Institute of Applied technology and Kindai University (Japan). In the course presented by a foreign Professor, the greatest interest was aroused by such topics as "Advantages and disadvantages of professional research bases (using the example of Scopus, Web of Science, RSCI),"Experimental game methods and models in research work".
