The project is organized by the Institute for Cross-Border Cooperation and Integration in cooperation with Belgorod State National Research University.
The goal of the School is to promote establishment of international cooperation between young people, scientists and experts in the field of cross-border interaction of the CIS member states.
The school has been operating since 2010. This year it was attended by scientists, government officials, representatives of the public from the border regions of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, the EU and other countries.
The School's program includes an Internet conference, as well as online lectures by leading scientists and experts, methodological seminars, videoconferences and expert discussions.
