The international round table “Model of competencies of a university graduate in modern conditions”, organized by Department of Management, was held at KazNU. al-Farabi at the 50th international scientific and methodological conference.

Akzambekkizy Akbota, Director of the SPM RK Certification Center at the Atameken NPP RK, as part of the round table, touches on the topic of the professional project management standard, which is a structurally-oriented basic qualification and development system of the RK PSM for the establishment of the fundamental national qualification system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the framework of reconstruction and development under the project “Development of labor skills and job stimulation”.

She says that the standard should include professions in the field of project management, since they contain definitions of labor functions that meet the requirements of the profession, a description of the requirements for knowledge, skills, and personal competencies of employees for each project management profession.

Within the framework of this program, it is possible to formulate a general strategy for the development of the labor market and personnel training system, as well as develop programs for training, professional development and professional retraining of specialists, and create educational and methodical materials for these programs.
