Director of the Islamic Finance Centre and 2nd year PhD student of the Higher School of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi KazNU was on a foreign research internship at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Doha, Qatar for 45 days.

 

The University is one of the leaders in the field of Islamic Finance and a strategic partner of KazNU. During the internship, an invaluable research experience was gained. In addition, the process of providing a dual-degree master's program is being actively promoted, negotiations were held, the content of the program was discussed at the academic council of the partner university, and a draft map of the program was drawn up.

 

On February 13-14, an intergovernmental meeting of the two states Kazakhstan and Qatar was held in Nur-Sultan, where an agreement was reached on grant support for Kazakhstani students to study in Doha.
