Courses for teachers in food and restaurant business from KAGIR

Following the courses for hotel business teachers, KAGIR has organized similar online  courses for teachers in food and restaurant business. Participants of webinars represented not only Almaty, but also other regions of Kazakhstan. Within 3 days (November 18-20, 2020), education workers had the opportunity to get the necessary guidance from practitioners in training specialists for the field of nutrition. We sincerely glad that employers are not indifferent to the problems of education and are willing to engage in a dialogue with teachers. After all, they are united by one common goal: to use possible tools to ensure that the labor market receives in-demand specialists.
According to the teachers, the topics of the webinars turned out to be informative and diverse: from requirements for restaurant staff and food safety to marketing of food companies. The topic of adaptation of students at food enterprises was also discussed, which was described in great detail by one of the best chefs in Kazakhstan, Artem Evdokimov.
It was also interesting to hear about the experience of restaurant business from colleagues from Rixos Aktau Hotel (Aktau) and Atyrau Dastan Hotel (Atyrau). The topic of the restaurant business before, during and after the pandemic, presented by the specialists Of the Association "club of restaurateurs of Kazakhstan", was particularly relevant. And, of course, it is impossible in modern business to do without knowledge about restaurant automation, as told by a Kafesoft specialist.
A pleasant moment at the end of the webinars will be the presentation of certificates of professional development to teachers.
