April 17, 2018, Nobel Prize winner in chemistry in 2015, an outstanding Turkish-American scientist and biochemist, Professor of the University of North Carolina Aziz Sancar visited the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology. Aziz Sancar won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2015 for studying the mechanisms of DNA repair. He got acquainted with the laboratories of the faculty, medical preparations of our scientists and gave a positive response.
