The Department of civil law and civil procedure, labor law together with the center of training and advanced training of lawyers of Almaty city bar Association within the project "rukhani zhangyru" holds a training seminar for 2nd and 3rd year students, undergraduates and teachers of the faculty of Law on the topic: "Development of civil procedure legislation in the context of the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2018 № 176-VI "on advocacy and legal assistance".

The seminar is conducted by the lawyer, the teacher of the Center of training and advanced training of lawyers Dramareckaya Irina Nikolaevna.

The event also will be attended by the lawyer, a member of the Presidium of the Almaty city Collegium of advocates, the Chairman of Almaty city branch of DPK "AK Zhol" Nurlan Zhazylbekov Abdujaparovich, the leadership and staff of the Department.

The purpose of the training seminar, development and acquisition of practical skills, with the consolidation of theoretical knowledge on the course "civil procedural law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the rules of procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
