"RESTAURANT BUSINESS AFTER COVID 19”

On March 26, 2021, at 14:00, a master class was held on the ZOOM platform "Restaurant business after COVID 19". There were 45 people present. The organizer of the master class was a teacher of the department of "Recreational Geography and Tourism" Bazarbekova Madina Medeuovna.
The conference was conducted by Bulatova Aigerim, Managing Director of OLOVO bar. Experience in the restaurant business for about 15 years. Graduated from the University of St. Petersburg SPBGUP. Specialty: Restaurant and hotel business, tourism industry.
The following issues were discussed:
1. Recruitment of personnel.
2. Opening a restaurant from scratch.
3. Increase and hold the guest stream.
