Seminar on the development of the educational program «Applied and Computational Mathematics»
At the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, at the department of mathematical and computer modeling, a seminar was organized on the development of the «Applied and Computational Mathematics» educational program in English for the universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To develop this program, scientists as Doctor Matthias Meinke were invited from the university Aachen (RWTH, Germany), Dr.-Ing. Lian-Ping Wang from the Delaware university (USA), Dr. Kaplunov U.D. from the Keele University (United Kingdom), Doctor D. Dutyh from the University of Savoy Mont Blanc (France), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Kabanikhin S.I. from the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICMMG SB RAS РАН, Novosibirsk), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Cherniy S.G from the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Gasnikov А.V.
