The spring semester The Oriental Studies faculty’s students started in the new study building, which was opened on the 29^th of December, 2011. It was joyful and glad event not only for us, but also for Worldwide Relations Faculty’s students. They also were accommodated in the new building, as we did. According to many students’ words, studying together will cause very friendly and close relationships between two faculties.

We all were looking forward to the first day in the new building. It’s the worthy and deserving replacement of the previous one. They both have some differences between each other. The new one has spacious halls, where all students can be placed, consists of a big amount of lecture and study rooms. What is more, it disposes of all conditions that are necessary for comfortable studying. Spacious and bright lecture rooms, building’s modern interior make comfort and make students study more diligently. Rooms with the huge amount of technical equipment make the studying process more pleasant and productive. There is also a canteen, situated at the first floor, which offers a big assortment of different meals to customers. The new building’s main advantage is its nearness to our dormitory. It makes our students feel happier, because now they have possibility to get to the university without any troubles.

The Oriental Studies Faculty’s students would be very happy to thank the Administration of the Kazakh National University for improving our study conditions and taking care of us! Thank you very much!
