During October 4-6, 2022, the visiting professor of the Department of the Far East of the Al-Farabi KazNU Lee Byong Jo, conducted joint field work with researchers from the Ministry of Education of Korea in the cities of Kazakhstan (Almaty, Ushtobe, Kyzylorda). The purpose of the joint study is to study the state of historical sites associated with anti-Japanese patriots in Kazakhstan, as well as to identify documents related to these individuals in archives and organizations. Professor Lee Byоng Jo played a great role in interpreting and explaining the literature data in a joint study with Korean researchers, and thanks to this, the Korean research team was able to obtain many results in a joint study.
